Shipping and Handling

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your shipment's tracking number. All our products are shipped from within the Arab Republic of Egypt to your chosen destination worldwide. Your shipment will be delivered to the address you specified within two to seven business days, depending on your location.

Please note that delivery fees and times vary depending on the size of the ordered products you have selected and the delivery address.

We will do our utmost to deliver the products to your address on the estimated delivery date specified in your order confirmation email. If we are unable to meet the estimated delivery/collection date, we will contact you as soon as possible to schedule another estimated date. We will inform you when the order is ready for collection or for delivery to the address, as applicable. In the event of failure to receive the order, we reserve the right to cancel the order without any prior notice, return the products to our warehouses, and refund the amount to the card used for payment.

If you choose delivery to your address and no one is present at the specified address at the time of delivery, the delivery company will contact you to arrange another delivery time. Products can be left with a third party (such as a building guard or domestic helper) with your explicit authorization.

In case the shipment is refused, the original shipping costs, any duties imposed on the shipment, and the cost of returning it will be deducted from the refunded amount.

Liability and risks relating to the products you order (including the risk of loss and/or damage to the products) transfer to you once they are delivered to the delivery address specified in your order, and we shall not be obligated to accept returns or exchanges for the products if the address you provided is incorrect. Occasionally, the supply of the products you ordered may be delayed or prevented for reasons beyond our control (such as material shortages or higher-than-expected demand). In such cases, we will do our best to keep you informed; however, we bear no liability towards you for such delay or failure in delivery.

The products in your order may be subject to taxes and customs duties imposed by the destination country (“import duties”). The recipient of the shipment is considered the importer of record in the receiving country and is responsible for all import duties. As we are unable to accurately determine this amount, please contact your local customs office or tax authority for more information before placing your order.
